Client Focused Global Expertise
Tough Challenges Call For A Tough Consultant

Since 1984, Boyd Group International has been delivering superior consulting and research to clients across the aviation industry. Our independent, futurist approach provides the competitive edge necessary to grow, prosper, and to take advantage of the evolving changes in the aviation business environment.

Unrivaled Industry Expertise. The foundation of our consulting practice is the understanding that no part of this industry is independent of events in other areas. Fleet demand affects airports, suppliers and airlines. Airline strategies will bear on airport planning. Breakthroughs in powerplant technology will affect supply chains, even down to GSE suppliers. Even an environmental rule in the EU can affect how airports in Arizona will need to plan. This is the advantage of engaging Boyd Group International: our broad reach of aviation expertise gives our clients the benefit of industry-wide perspectives to their unique project.

At Boyd Group international, or clients get not just experience. They get the invaluable benefit of enormous depth of expertise in current and emerging aviation trends. That's the Boyd Group Advantage.

Aviation Risk Planning

Great ideas and new concepts are the foundation of business success. But not every innovative concept can be accomplished - it depends on a company's strengths, weaknesses, market position, financial resources, and competitive situation.

Boyd Group International understands that professional aviation planning means ascertaining the levels of risk/reward in any project or new strategies. This expertise is woven into every project we accomplish. In addition we focus on assisting clients in strategy risk analysis.
