The New Standard In Traffic, Fleet, and Trend Forecasts
The New Standard In Forecasting Excellence
When you're planning for the future, if you rely on the past for guidance, that's exactly where you'll end up.
And that's the reason airports and aviation-related firms turn to Boyd Group International for forecasts that give them the competitive edge. We don't care about the past. We ignore "the consensus." We know that the foundation of forecasting accuracy is understanding the trends that will shape the future.
Aviation forecasts are not a sideline at Boyd Group international - it is the foundation of what we do, everyday. We generate our own data. We don't rely on other firms or the government. So when you need focused, professional projections of the future, rely on the #1 forecast firm in aviation - Boyd Group International.
Airport Master Plan Forecasts
Boyd Group international is called upon by leading airport engineering and planning firms to provide all aspects of FAA-specified forecasts for Airport Master Plans.

The firm's exclusive independent expertise in all areas of aviation future trends is applied to provide the most accurate projections possible, based upon clear, defined assumptions and industry data.
Boyd Group International understands the critical importance of providing forecasts that comply not only with FAA requirements, but also with aviation realities. In particular, our industry-leading traffic, trend and fleet forecast expertise is brought to bear to assure that the Master Plan is in alignment with emerging aviation trends and industry strategies. Where material variances are found between the forecast data and the FAA TAF, Boyd Group International provides hard and accurate support documentation for submission upward to FAA Headquarters for approval .

Aircraft & Engine Demand Forecasts
Boyd Group International maintains an extensive database tracking airliner fleets and demand by aircraft type and global region.. This is the foundation for a range of forecast capabilities of the firm, including component, powerplant, and retirement projections.
The Global Fleet Trend & Demand Forecast is published in hard copy each January, and provides an independent, unbiased source of demand projections within airliner category. We're proud that our forecasts were the first to determine and project a glut of "regional jets" - years before any other source. Our forecasts were alone in independently projecting the relatively low (numerical) demand for Very Large Airliners, based on clear analyses of all aspects of the global air transportation industry. We assisted Embraer in projecting demand and market niche aspects of new-generation narrow-body airliners, regarding the E-170/190 platform.
Customized forecasts have been prepared for clients in a range of areas:
-
Fleet demand by region for specific categories and/or aircraft types
-
Feasibility of new airliner platforms, including potential competitive response
-
Retirement rates for specific aircraft types, due to organic industry evolution as we;; as due to episodic intervention
-
Fleet Flexibility & Operational Diversity Projections
Boyd Group International approaches forecasts from an entirely independent perspective. For more information on how we can meet your aircraft/engine forecast needs, give Michael Boyd - president a call at (303) 674-2000.

Outside of a multi-level marketing convention, it's rare to see so many people so blindly fired up over a new miracle product. This time it's not soap, but a country - Cuba.
